There's never a shortage of projects around here.....
This summer we took on the back yard. I think we've had a total of about 3-4 dinners outside in this house because we don't really have a back yard or deck. Those dinners we had were on our laps, in the driveway. How 'gezellig'! (common dutch word for 'cozy') NOT!
So we hired the best of the best....thanks Uncle Phil and crew =)
We waited much of the summer, but it was worth it! The machines moved in. Uncle Phil let the kids drive them! Ekk!
Notice Abby is far away from the driver....ha ha ha
And then we waited again...oh the anticipation that they were going to start...oh...so...soon.
Did I seriously teach this guy in grade 1? A few days later, another student from Millgrove was working as well. Must admit...felt a little on the old side.
We bought this house for the gorgeous back yard. Too bad we've enjoyed it from that driveway! We are super excited to have a space to 'hang out' at the back and enjoy the scenery. Now that it's winter, you will have to wait for pictures of the finished product! =0
