Too cute!

Aunt Grace emailed today and thought I should be blogging everyday (with a smile after her comment). Everyday would be awesome, but my poor house would then see better days, and the kids may be wearing filthy clothes, and my family may go hungry =) So today is for you Aunt Grace! Thanks for being such a faithful reader and encourager!

The other day I went upstairs to see why it was so quiet, and this is what I found. Two brothers bonding on the couch...too cute! I also have to share that as I was taking the picture, the flash went off, and they thought the light was going out, so they would shake the light and wonder out loud what was going on. Of course I wasn't letting this opportunity of good fun pass by so I kept taking pictures and laughing so hard as they kept thinking the light was burning out. So funny!

A couple of weeks ago we had Vacation Bible School. The theme was an African Prayer Safari and the church was literally decked out! Throughout the week, the children learned the Lord's Prayer. Great theme! One of the things on stage was this overstuffed tiger. At the end of the week, I was given this tiger to bring into my classroom. I'm not sure if it is going to make it to my classroom...the twins absolutely LOVE IT...and think that it's particularly fun to ride. Too cute and hilarious to watch!

Last entry, Zach showed you that he was not needing that bike trailer and that he was big enough for the bike seat. Poor Abby had to ride in the stroller as Zach had all the fun. "Not this time Zach. Now it's my turn!" She also loved it. We just bought another seat and are ready for the whole family to ride. Yahoo! Now we just need a little sun.

Every kitchen needs helpers...and here are some great helpers!

Our children are very blessed to have so many 'adopted' grandparents that love and adore them. Our neighbours are no exception. We are so blessed by them. As soon as they step out of the house the boys are yelling 'hi' across the yard, or showing them a new toy, or running to them asking a question. They always have time to share and we think the world of that. The other day after soccer was no different. When we came home Mr. Bill was outside shining his motorcycle. The boys couldn't get out of the van fast enough to run over to Mr. Bill to see his motorcyle. They were in their glory when he asked them if they wanted to sit on it. Again too cute.

Aunt Johanne is currently taking a photography class and the kids are all her newest models. Love it! I think this picture with Uncle Cor is also too cute!

I do love writing, sharing and looking back at pictures and counting our blessings. Aunt Grace, if there was any way to skip all our household chores, I would absolutely write everyday!
