Dear Dad,

Driving to Florida takes a LONG time! We had to ask 'Are we there yet?' lots of times. Poor Kadan didn't think we were ever getting to Florida. But now it's all worth it! We are having a great time! It's definitely not the same without you! We are successfully tiring everyone out. Mom took some pictures of our trip here to share with you. 2 more sleeps for you to come. We can hardly wait. We love you lots! See you at the airport. Thanks Aunt Jess for the care packages. Mom says they were very helpful!

Our first stop after sailing through the border...bacon and eggs for Opa.

Opa has a lot to learn about soccer! I won ever time.

If I wasn't eating, I was playing with sticks. I can even play with sticks and interrupt the soccer game at the same time!

Mom was very busy at the rest stations trying to feed everyone! One time Opa got off to get gas and Mom couldn't make it...Oma was a bit scared and to be honest so were we (we were driving with Opa and Oma). We thought we may never find Mom. But there she was at the next rest station waiting for us.

The hotel we stayed at was great! They had such great service. Too bad we didn't swim in their pool. We were all too tired! They even had an extra pack'n'play for Abby. She was so tired we couldn't even wake her up the next morning. The whole trip Opa kept asking to go to McDonald's. We thought that was a kid thing....The twins showed us that they were 'big kids now' in their high chairs.

While Opa and Oma waited in the mile long line up at McDonald's we tried to put our sunglasses on Zach and Abby. Zach didn't really like them much.
But Abby was feeling pretty cool!
Opa thought Zach would like some strawberry milkshake. Good thing Mom wasn't looking.
We FINALLY made it! Too bad for Mom the welcome center was closed (it was past 5:00) and she didn't get her orange juice! Maybe next year!

Again, we miss you lots, and can hardly wait to see you on Friday. We LOVE YOU!
