Graduation

Brady - Congratulations! Daddy and Mommy are SO proud of you and for all of the things that you have learned this past year in SK. Congratulations on this milestone in your life and we look forward to watching you grow in the years to come!

Life affords no greater responsibility, no greater privilege,
than the raising of the next generation.

You get the best out of others when you give the best of yourself.

This past week Wednesday, Brady's Kindergarten class graduated and showed everyone how proud we were of them. As I was reflecting on this day, I found these two quotes which I think sum up Brady's teacher, Miss Konkin, well. Working with Miss Konkin as a colleague, and now working with her on the other side of the fence as a parent, it is very evident that she takes this responsibility and privilege of teaching our children seriously and with all her heart, and for that we can't thank her enough!

As you continue to grow Brady, take this poem to heart.

YOU ARE SPECIAL!!!!

Dear Brady,
We are very proud. It is incredible when we think of the things you have learned how to do in just one short year. You are reading like crazy, swimming, playing soccer, riding a two wheeler with no training wheels and doing really hard puzzles. WOW! Miss Konkin is right-you are special:)
