Incredible Hospitality

Last Wednesday we were privileged to visit Alex and Rebecca (and their friends). The kids and I had a great day. Alex and Rebecca showed fantastic hospitality. When we came in the morning we were greeted by two very cute puppies, Neeko and Cooper, which of course Kadan was in love with right away. As we started our visit we were offered some very yummy slushies. Brady is still talking about how good they were 5 days later. Really we do treat him here too =) Once we were welcomed and offered the slushies, we were brought to the playroom. After the thrill of the remote control train and the many exciting toys Alex and Rebecca graciously shared, it was time for a well deserved snack, and the popcorn was made. We felt like we were at the movies! The fun continued with the introduction of their pet the hedgehog which even I, if I were really honest with you, was a bit afraid to hold. Alex and Rebecca made a lovely lunch for us and then we went out to watch Alex and Rebecca ride their unicycles. Brady thought conquering his two wheeler without training wheels was victorious, but watching these two pro's puts the challenge back into biking! =) The boys finished their visit finding their way upstairs again into the playroom surrounded by toys (where else would a 5 and 2 year old want to be?) loving the company of their new friends Alex and Rebecca, and of course Neeko and Cooper.
